I currently use 100 GB on my hard drive. I am thinking
about buying the new Intel model 320 SSD in the 160 GB
size. Is 60 GB enough slack room or do I need to be
concerned enough to buy the 256 GB (more expensive) version ?

I do not anticipate needing more than 20 to 40 GB in the
next couple of years. I am running Windows 7 x64 already.

Thanks,
Lynn

I think the modern Intel SSDs do not need slack space.
