Hi There I may be wrong but i think you may be infected
with a worm (Either Agobot or Sdbot)

Try using this clean up tool from trend micro to see if
it shows any infection.Turn off system restore if there
is.Goto start > right click my computer > then properties
then system restore > Check the box 'Turn off system
restore ' then press apply and exit.you can re-enable
system restore once you are clean again by following the
above and unchecking the box 'turn off system restore '
then press apply.

Download Ccleaner to remove temp & unused files

http://download.ccleaner.com/download119bin.asp

Download Trends Damage Clean up tool to your desktop

http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/products/tsc/tsc.zip

Extract and run by double clicking tsc.exe

It has another folder called report and this will have
the result of the scan once it's finished . If it finds
any problems (reboot into safe mode and run the tool
again- reboot and keep tapping F8 untill you see the
option page then choose safe mode)

Also Run Ms Antispy on a full scan in safe mode.

Go back to normal mode and Run a online virus scan at any
of these sites :

Trend Micro

http://housecall.antivirus.com/

Panda

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

Bitdefender

http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/Msie/index.php

Symantecs Security Check & Virus scanner

http://security.symantec.com/default.asp?
productid=symhome&langid=ie&venid=sym

Then run Ccleaner on all 3 settings (windows, apps &
issues) and remove anything found.

If it remains and its not a virus you can use other
adware scanners such as Spybot search and destroy or Ad-
Aware SE which may remove it.If not then you will need
Hijack This to show whats running on your pc and then you
can take out any malware that showing in the hijack this
logs.
