sqlserver.exe size is 900+MB whn I use BCM and system is slow.

My Outlook 2007 with BCM (latest updates) is beginning incredibly slow and
task manager show sqlserver.exe over 900+MB and OUTLOOK.exe is 105,000+K. Is
this normal? What can I do to make this smaller. I have about 400 contacts
but a lot of email and history links. I would really appreciate any help.

Sql server will use available ram if it can use it (e.g. for caching)
and then let it go if other applications need memory.
