SqlMetal missing

My computer is running on Windows XP SP3, .NET 3.5 SP1, Visual Studio 2008
Express, MS SQL 2005 Express (Uninstalled MS SQL 2008 and installed MS SQL
2005).

I could not find SqlMetal.exe anywhere!

From where can I get it?

You can find it at drive:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\vn.nn\bin.

If it's not there, you need Windows SDK.
