Can anyone please help me and tell me how to or where to get the SQL Server
version that will install with BCM for Outlook 2007?

It's included as part of BCM setup. When you run BCM setup it will
install sql if its not alreday installed.

Or download Sql Server Express 2005 directly from microsoft.com.
