I moved the system databases, but i reattached the msdb
before the Model database was moved. Now, after stopping
the MSSQLSERVER service I can not get the service to
restart and I get an error in the MSSQL\Log\Errorlog..

Clearing tempdb database
Could not find database ID2. Database may not be
activated yet or may be in transition.
Warning: problem activating all tempdb files. See
previous errors. Restart with -f to correct situation
