SQL message

Hi;

I have a database query that I use with a Merge letter in
Word.

When I open the document I have set up as a Mail Merge
Main Doc, I get the following message:

"Opening this document will run the following SQL command:

SELECT * FROM [MERGE - LETTERS]

Data from your database will be placed in the document.
Do you want to continue? Yes No"

I just click Yes, and it goes away, but the user wants
this "error message" to go away. I've checked all the
options and settings in both Word and Access but can't
find anything that makes a difference. I can run the same
merge from another computer using the same letter and same
query and not get this message.

This is a bug for Officce 2003 as you can see:)
I had exactly the same problem and here is the solution. With me works.
You must update your registry, the link is:
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=825765
It wasn't needed to add the code: application.DisplayAlerts=wdAlertsNone in
access, just fix the regedit
