Sql in reports

i have to tables tblcaregivers and tblpatients. Each caregiver has a number of patients. Now i want to make a report which displays for each caregiver the patients he/she takes care for and also i don't want to kep repeating the name of the caregiver but i want all the names of patients for her/him. Tables are linked by the name of the care givers

In your report, add a Grouping for the care givers. Place a control for the
Care Givers name in the group header, place only the control with the
patient's name in the detail section.
