Im trying to replace current host file that is showing 127.0.0.1 which is
prevneting me from seeing advertisements. In a previous thread a participant
said the replaced the host with hosts.bak. Where is host.bak? or how do I
change the host so that I can see ads?

Please post the exact URL where you obtained "Spywatcher".

"hosts.bak" - is a back-up of your HOSTS file.

spywatcher.exe = Spy Cleaner (spycleaner.net, spycleaner-gold.com,
topdownloads.net)

Mike, you should uninstall this POS immediately.

If you're sure you want to do away with your hosts file, simply rename it to
OLDHOSTS.

Be careful.
