I have tried to reinstall spywareblaster but get the following message
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\SpywareBlaster_is1
RegCreateKeyEx failed; code5 Access is denied
what have i done wrong this happened after i tried to upgrade to 3.4

Did you uninstall the older version and reboot as their website suggests
before attempting to upgrade?
Did you go look in the registry at the area in question and delete the keys
and make sure the user in question had permissions tgo create keys there?
