Thanks. I have been wating for FireFox support
Keeps telling me that I ain't got no Firefox (I have Version 0.8)
and no Mozilla (It's version 1.6)... and refuses to install protection
for those....

Found this in "Help"
Mozilla/Firefox Protection should work with Mozilla 1.7 and higher, and
Firefox 0.9 and higher.
Mozilla/Firefox are alternative web browsers. If you do not have them
installed, this protection offers no benefit and will be unavailable.

Looks like it's not willing to accept older versions ... :-(

(I did not uninstall the old one first ,,, maybe that's where my problem
derives from ...)

I have two PCs both with XPPro.
Each has Mozilla 1.7 final installed.
Since 3.1, it recognizes Moz on one machine but not on the other. I just
installed 3.2, followed directions and still tells me I have no Moz.

I posted this problem numerous times on Spyware Blaster forum, but no
solution yet.

Well, I just upgraded to Firefox 0.9.1 and now it has found at least
this one, ... let's see what will happen as soon as I go to a newer
version of Mozilla ... . Does anyone use the 1.8 alpha? Or would you
advise to stick to 1.7 final?

I installed 1.8 alpha when it came out a number of months ago well
before the 1.7 final. When 1.7 final arrived, I installed it.
I have used Netscape/Moz exclusively since inception and I did not find
anything different with the two. Maybe some features I don't use, but...

Charles....

As an aside....AOL/Netscape is about to release their "new" version of
Netscape 7.2. Many think that they actually copied some of the open
source from Mozilla. Knowing how AOL operates...they first abandoned
Netscape and now seem to be reviving it. Who knows?

I switched to Moz when it first came out and haven't looked back since.
Sure, as with any program, you will find bugs, maybe M$ is a good
example, but Moz certainly does what I need, does it safely and they are
constantly re-programming it to make it better.
And....all this is for free.
