Spyware?

I uploaded this before but it did not show up. So here I go again.

I have a Dell laptop with Vista Home Basic operating system.
When turning the computer on Windows Security blocks the following programs
:

DLG.exe (digital Line detector)
sttray.exe (G-Major audio)
PhotoDownloader.exe (no name)
dsca.exe (no name)

What these programs are good for? Who are the publishers? Worth activating?

That subject was "spyware programs?". Try to remember that one or
this one and don't start a third thread.
