If you are talking about the beta then that is what you
will expect and you must have accepted the disclaimer that
this is a beta test. This beta is mostly for people who
know how to take care of their computer. And if you are
not comfortable with it then try the other 3rd party tools
instead.
For other crashes, that is mostly on the fault on the
consumer if they just treat the computer like a television
without taking some time for safe web browsing habits to
the main updates from the operating system to the antivirus
protection.
Most problems also occur when consumers go to the internet
for the wrong reasons and that's how most of the problem
was made.
If using a personal computer is that complicated to take
care off then please repack the computer and return for a
refund. If people are not willing to use the computer for
the respective reasons then they just need to use the WebTV
method since you are checking your mail and browse the net
only.
