I have tried to remove a detected spyware on my system (12
items) but it was not succesful. After restart computor
and scan again the same items were detected! Could you
help me to resolve that problem, please.

Please restart your machine in safe mode by pressing the F8 function key as
the machine is starting, before the first Windows screen appears.

Do full, deep scans, until a scan comes through clean. You should also scan
with your updated antivirus.
