Brilliant is probably Brilliant Digital, which is purely
advertising, and seekseek sounds like the same. I
recommend Spybot Search and Destroy, which you can get
from download.com. I've seen spyhunter overlook quite a
few unwanted items, so I say lose that one. Spybot also
gives you a description of most items so you know what
you're getting rid of.
Play with Spybot a little, it took me a few minutes to
really get into what it can do. The user interface isn't
as smooth as it could be. Be sure to check for updates
right from the start. Let it remove anything it wants to.
And yes, I'd bet good money that you are perfectly safe
