Spyware won't treat threats

Fudge

I downloaded MS Spyware and it scanned and detected 29
files but did nothing with them. What in the world is
that? Somebody tell me what I did not do. Thanks
 
So--you got to the end of the scan, and weren't offered the choice to
remove, quarantine, ignore or ignore always?

I'd recommend a repair install--control panel, add or remove programs,
Microsoft Antispyware, change, update.

See if that fixes your installation.
