Spyware suddenly not loading on login

Suddenly I am noticing that there is no spyware icon in
my tray when I log on. This has happened twice now. When
I click on the shortcut on my desktop, I get this message:
"error loading Microsoft spyware." It then tells me to
restart computer and if it continues to happen, I should
remove program and reinstall. What's up?

Try this:
Go to Add or Remove Programs in Control Panel. Click Microsoft AntiSpyware
and click Change. Click Next, and then click Update.

Okay, I did this but the same problem kept comng up. So,
I removed the program and reinstalled. It is working but
each time that I loggon, I get this msg popup and am not
sure what it is:
Microsoft AntiSpyware has detected a change to your
Internet Security Zone 'Internet'. This zone contains all
Web sites you haven't placed in other zones.

WARNING, this change has set your Zone to below the
minimum security level.

Advise: Your Internet Security settings should never be
changed without your permission. If you have not made
this change it is recommend that you block this change.

What does it mean and what should I do? I haven't made
any changes that would prompt this that I know of...
