Here are Bill Sanderson's words:

"If you are missing your System Explorers, under advanced tools, several
users now have found that the fix first discovered by Donald Johnson,
appears to be effective for this problem:
Installation of a Service Pack for the Visual Basic 6 runtime: This link
is for SP6, but SP5 also appears to be effective.

And, as of today, we have a new prescription. I'd view it as not fully
tested yet, but simpler, and direct from Microsoft, rather than through this
peer network of users:
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We believe we have a workaround which is better than installing the VB6 SP.
Can we have users who experience this problem try the following:

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll" (without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware

Please let me know if this is working.
