Spyware removal boot CD?

Has anyone made a bootable CD for cleaning spyware? Ideally, it would be
based on something like Bart's PE Builder
(http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/), include the best freeware spyware
removers (Spybot, Ad Aware, MS AntiSpyware, XCleaner Free,
HiJackThis...) with the ability to grab the latest signatures from the
Internet to a RAMdisk.

Is there anything that even resembles this that is available?

Yeah. BartPE. Look into the available plugins, you will find several spyware
removers, and you should probably even be able to include some yourself.
Especially since some of them don't even require installation.

Alternatively, look into Ultimate Boot CD for Windows
(http://www.ubcd4win.com/) which is based on BartPE, and see if that suits
you better.

no, there are many available that run under the host os.
