spyware reappearing

after running the mcrosoft spyware it appears to clear
out the spyware programs but the next time my frend logs
on, the programs are there again - together with some
trojans.
The program works very well on my computer but his is
very slow in running programs. he is using windows XP
but he has plenty of free disc space.

Your friend can send a spyware report to make this
product better. menu tools.

- He can also run a deepsan in safe mode, press F8 during
reboot.

Also follow this for removal, in step 8 he will have an
excellent forum which can guide him if removal fails on
your own.

Advice him also to ensure about:

-Firewall, really good one in SP2
-Windowsupdate
-Antivirus program, updated ?
