Spyware Problems

- Please send a suspected spyware report to MS about this,
menu tools.

EGDAccess belongs to a spyware called ZipZapPromos
Have you tried MSAS and Adaware in safe mode ?
This one can be tricky to remove so I suggest a forum.

Surprising that Akamai also distribute spyware, maybe MS
can make them to stop with this ? MS uses Akamai for
Windowsupdate
and other downloads.

Get HijackThis.exe from
http://tomcoyote.org/hjt/hjt199//HijackThis.exe

Save it to C:\hjt (new folder) then Open it and select
Scan and Save Log. Note where you saved the log then
send it to me as an attachment. I can probably tell you
what to do to get rid of it.
