Yes Its Adware (AvenueMedia.DyFuCA)
MS Antispy detects the files and reg entries for this so
it may of already removed the files and folders which has
damaged the add/remove screen entry.
Try using Symantecs removal tool for this to see if it
detects any traces left over.

Download to desktop or C:drive and double click
FxNetOpt.exe to run the removal tool.
If it shows clean and MS Antispy isnt detecting anything
try Ewido to be sure there isnt problems left on your
system
Download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here

Install ewido.
During the installation, under "Additional Options"
uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via
context menu".
Launch ewido
On the left side of the main screen click update
Click on Start and let it update.
From the main menu click Scanner then "Complete system
scan"
During the scan it will prompt you to remove files if
anything is found, click "Remove" for each
If you still cannot remove the Add/Remove screen entry
then use Hijack This.

Save to desktop or c:\drive , Extract and run Hijack
This.
From the menu screen choose "Open The Misc Tools Section"
Next click "Open Uninstall Manager"
Choose "Internet Optimizer" in the list then
press "Delete This Entry" then exit Hijack This
You can then uninstall Hijack This using Add/Remove
screen.
