spyware not responding???

i installed antispyware and it ran fine the first
time....second time....not responding.

Removed from system and downloaded again. still not
responding...any thoughts???

p/s please speak in english as i am a bit of a novice!!!

Hi

You must probably do this in safe mode.

Follow this:

- Download/Install CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com

- Download/Install Lavasofts Adaware

* Also watch the video from Cnet about Adware within page
for best result.*

- Download Winsockfix, just a precaution if you loose your LSP.

- Restart in *safe mode*, press F8 during reboot

- Run CCcleaner and remove all temporarily junk.

- Run Adaware, fullscan

- Run MSAS, fullscan

- Restart

I'm like you...I downloaded, deleted some spyware then it
froze up. I tried to re open, but nothing. I uninstalled
and downloaded again and it won't even open now.
 
what OS are you running?
