Spyware not caught by MS anti-spyware tool

AO spyware checker uncovered key logger (AdminMagic 1.0)
and adware such as CoolWebSearch, VirtualBouncer and
FreeScratchand Win.

Neither MS anti-spyware nor Ad-Aware SE caught these
pretty common troublemakers...Can MS do something about
it?
