Spyware loader startup file

A startup file "c:windows/schk32.exe was loading various
trogans and spyware on my machine. The Beta caught and
removed the loaded software but not the startup file. If
want a copy of the schk32.exe file let me know.

Was it a specific spyware that MSAS detected and if so, which one ?
Could you please compress schk32.exe to zip format, password protect it,
and send the password and file to me ?
Will see if it can be broken down to learn more about it.
