Spyware issues

I schuled Spyware to automatically scan many, many, times
since installing the program 3/4 weeks ago...However the
scan never automatially takes place.. The time comes and
goes with no scan.. The CPU is on! It is not shut down..
No scan!! I am only able to scan manually.. The scan
takes about 6+ minutes. I thought I sew some where that
the scan is supposed to take up to 20 minutes to do?
is'nt the 6 minute to short? Help any one please..
 
Hi Stuart,

If you have the scans scheduled between 12:00 and 12:59, they may not fire.
Try for a different time.
In the matter of speed of the scan, are you setting it for a quick scan or
are you doing the entire drive?
