Spyware isntalled but won't open

I installed MS AntiSpyware and it seems to be working fine
except I cannot open the software to make changes etc. The
icon is in the system tray and it "seems" to be working
correctly, ran an initial scan etc. If I right-click on
the icon and choose "open", it seems like it's going to
open but then nothing. This is the second time I've
downloaded and installed this. Same problem both times.
 
Try uninstalling and reinstall to a non-default location such as c:\msas.
Its also possible that your hard disk might need to defragged and cleaned
up. Have you been able to open the program in safe mode? Its worth a try,
and maybe you can run a full system scan then.
