spyware infection background

I can't get rid of this "spyware infection" background. I have tryed
restarting ... safe mode ... just can't figure it out ... please help.

You haven't given us much to go on.

Please download, install and update the following software...

Ad-aware SE v1.06
http://www.lavasoft.de/
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

SpyBot Search and Destroy v1.4
http://security.kolla.de/

After the software is updated, I suggest scanning the system in Safe Mode.

I also suggest downloading, installing and updating BHODemon for any Browser Helper Objects
that may be on the PC.

do you have anyspyware software

i use spy-swepper as the on acsess scanner and spybot as my backup
option if spy-sweper car’t do any thing about the infection
