Spyware freezes when running AutoUpdater

Every time I try to update the Spyware, the software stops running. The
Autoupdater starts to check for updates, then it asks if I want to allow
communication with GIANTASpyware..... When I click yes the Spyware software
stops running. I After that happens I can't even reboot the computer. Have to
do a hard reboot.
 
There's nothing wrong with the program, nor your computer. I can be almost
certain that you are using dial-up to update the app given this same thing
happened to me when I still used dial-up with this program.

Just let the program go and in about five minutes it will finish checking
for updates.

Since you are likely using dial-up, I'd suggest manually checking for
updates instead of letting the program access the Internet when it might
interferre with your using the system.

You can even get very good deals on DSL starting around $15/month. If you
are using dial-up, it might be a good idea to look into broadband since
downloading most items from the Internet can take hours since the files have
gotten mcuh bigger than they were in the past.
