Spyware fails

I've got spyware files and toolbars that spyware removal,
removes and then it comes back. Any ideas???
 
Might be the removal tool is spyware!
Get spybot and/or ad-aware.
Don't pick something that popups offering your removal
tools....these are spyware. Search for and download good
ones.
