Spyware Deleted Firewall Program

I downloaded the spyware beta and proceeded to search my
notebook for any programs. It found about 8 possible
spyware programs so I told it to delete them. After
restarting my computer it had deleted a file that
wouldn't allow my firewall to enable. I tried to re-
install service pack 2 for the security center but
computer wouldn't open any programs. I then tried
a "system restore" to restore my settings and programs
prior to downloading the spyware, and now my computer
will power-up to the "windows is starting up..." screen,
but then it shuts off, and then restarts the same process
over and over.

Any Suggestions?
