Over the last week I have tested the beata on over 40
seperate computers as I am an onsite tech. I conducted my
test by first runnning the Microsoft beata once or twice
untill system is determained 'clean'. Then I run Norton
2005 or Pest Patrol etc.. and see how much the beta
missed. Out of the products tested the Microsoft beta
caught the LEAST amount of adware and spyware on the
system. But I see no way to update the definitions for MS
spynet unless the beta catches it. Is there a way to send
known spyware results from other vendors to Microsoft to
be added to the beta spyware definitions? I really would
like to help get this thing going and actualy be
effective, but I am not sure how.
