Spyware box scrolls to fast to see

At boot up the Spyware box (POPUP?) scrolls up and out of
the screen in about 1.5 sec. I am running a Dual XEON
2.2GHZ Intel MB, maybe the time of display is processor
based and not time based.

Any help appreciated.

If your taskbar is on the left or right, you will see this bug.

It doen's happen with top or bottom.
 
I've read this response several times here. My task bar is
on the bottom and I do have this bug. Any thoughts?
 
Does your display card have dual outputs?
This problem also occurs in multi-display environments where
the taskbar isn't on the primary monitor.
 
This is a new one for me then. Aside from Bob Dietz's possible explanation,
I'm wondering what the prompt is that you are seeing at each boot? I don't
see anything except, on systems with that activated, the system tray icon.

Tools, Real-time protection, View Security Agent Events might show what the
event is.

Are you running any form of desktop expander or enhancer?
