spyware blocks batch file

The software blocks a batch file from running. it says
batch file denied permission. It does not appear to
give me an option of marking the file as okay to run...
I should be able to force a file.

I have a similar problem where I am trying to roll out
TightVNC and the MS antispyware interrupts the install. If
I could find the registry key that gets set to "Always
Ignore" VNC and copy it to the target machines before the
VNC install, I could be a really happy camper!

I don't believe that it is in the registry--you can take a look at the .GCD
files in the installation folder and see what changes when you make that
approval, and experiment--but this is not something you want to do en masse,
and the mechanisms may change in the course of the beta.
