spyware blocking the application to run

To start a program there is a batch file, which sets some
registry key and calls two executable one by one. When I
start that batch file, the antispyware on my machine pops
up the Microsoft Antisyware Notice saying that "An
Ignored Threat has been Allowed. You have decided to
previously ignore this threat." but doesn't continues to
run the program. How do I run the program, please guide.

Simply right-click on MSAS' icon in the systray and
select 'Shutdown Microsoft AntiSpyware.'

Now run the batch file, and when finished, launch MSAS
again.
