The bug affects UK - English in that it will not do any times after 10am.
Have not tried the work round shown in the post from "Ms AntiSpyware Beta
Scheduler can't be set to PM times"

Hello Peter,

Try this By: Bill Sanderson:

This is due to a bug in the beta1 code which affects anyone with a 24 hour
clock setting.

Here's the quick fix:

1) change your language setting to English (United States)

2) make the correct afternoon scan schedule setting.

3) change your language setting back to your current choice.

The scan should take place at the correct afternoon time.

This works because the default time format for English (United States) is a
12 hour format.

This bug will be fixed when beta2 is released.I hope that (this) post is
helpful, let us know how it works ºut.

This bug affects any time format using a 24 hour scheme. It is not present
in beta2.

This doesn't affect my computer. I am using beta1, and have both AM and PM
settings. Mine does not have this problem.

My beta 1 anti spyware used to be set to scan automatically at 2:00 am,
every day, and it scanned on scedual, every time. Now it is set to scan
automatically at 5:00 pm, and it still scans on scedual, every time. So, this
must be that it depends on the pc., right ? I'm curious.

I don't believe this is always a problem in beta 1, but rather, depends on
the individual pc, because I am using beta 1, but do not have this problem.

It is not always present in beta 1, either. It is not a scan issue in beta
1, but
rather an issue with the individual pc. I scaned a picture of my scan
history in
SB1 to prove that this was a phantom issue, and tryed to send it to Bill ,
only
to have it returned, as a delivery failure. I understand, working out the bugs
in newly developed software, but I also believe in acurate imformation, and
placing blame where blame is due. Please tell me how to send your reasearch
team a report on my scan history in my Beta 1 anti-spyware software, and I
urge you to do some more research. Thank you for taking the time to read
my post

Correct--it only affects you if your time format is set to use what is
called "military time" by some--i.e. 12:00, 13:00, etc. rather than AM and
PM. It happens, unfortunately, that the majority of the world happen to use
that system......

Thanks for looking into this, Diana. If you'd like to be able to reproduce
this bug, try setting your language setting to English (United Kingdom) (or
is it UK??), for example, in the control panel. That will change the time
format to a 24 hour format, and you'll see the problem.

This one is well understood, and fixed in beta2, so there's no need to worry
about it.

Sorry, I understand now.
