microsoft would be incourageing others to go to court and
sue the companies that put this stuff out if it cant be
removed they are in fact doing what microsoft was
accused of something to think about at least I am
billing the companies that I can identify not being paid
but being a pain in their @$$, then in time Ill go to
court.

Microsoft is, in fact, working at this problem via legislative channels.
And they are taking action where legislation exists that gives a basis for
that action.
