spyware.65

Gurus.

I use ms and I finds spyware.65,also asks me to delete
the s.., and it seems like ms does, but spyware.65 keeps
coming back over and over, how can I get rid of this s...
as it seems like ms can't, or Am I doing something wrong
here

Try running a scan in safe mode with MS Antispy,
spyware.65 could relate to different malware
infections .I think you should run some online virus
scanners after using MS Antispy in safe mode

download hijack this and save the logfile post it back if
you are still having problems after trying all the
scanners

Download all the programs in normal mode :


MS Antispy
Hijack This (optional)
Ad-Aware SE
Spybot Search & Destroy
Ewido Security Suite (optional)
Ccleaner
Trend Micro's Damage Clean-Up Tool & Virus Remover


Then boot into safe mode

Run MsAntispy,Spybot and Adaware SE on full scans

Run Trends Damage Clean Up Tool

Run Ccleaner


Reboot into normal mode

Run MS antispy and see if Unclassified.Spyware.65 is
still being detected turn off system restore(Goto
start>right click my computer>choose properties then goto
System restore tick the box that says turn off system
restore then press apply and exit)

Run the online virus scanners (Trend or Panda) and choose
fix or clean before scanning



After the scans reboot and see if you are clear

As a last resort if you still feel you are having
problems download Ewido Security Suite and Hijack this
and post the logs back for both programs and i will try
help more
