I was hit by SpySheriff before Christmas. I had removed it but my desktop is
still controlled by a Modified Theme. I cannot get my desired desktop
wallpaper or change the theme. I believe SpySheriff still remains in my
system.

Anyone could help is much appreicated. Thanks in advance.

Best regards,

Hi Noz.

Please read some more about this.

Smitrem.exe removes smitfraud infections, mostly
all infested PCs then also have som more "nice trojans" to deal with.

So Ewido, a junk cleaner and a good updated antivirusprogram cleans
a users PC in this moment. Maybe also Safety Live, who knows ?

Mostly all PCs also only uses SP2s built in firewall with NO
outgoing control.

And this must be clarified from MS officials.

I dont know if laughing or crying is the best when you look around
in this mess..........

And it´s going to be worse with all users which "clicks" on everything,
also with IE6 which open everthing in "automagic" mode.

Wow, whats happenend !?! A new security warning and a new scanner,
Spyaxe, should I pay for it ?

Hmmm ? Frauds paradise ?

Mr Nash maybe must act then to only spread rumours within chats and
blogs about Trustworthy computing.

regards
plun
