Spyproblem IE 6 cannot browse but Outlook does

I'm having a problem with IE 6... It doesn't browses, it says that the
server was not found. But the Outlook is ok and can browse on the net. I
tried to reinstall the IE, to repair the Win XP but I think that the problem
is on the reg files... Does Anyone knows waht shall I do to fix this
problem?

I have tried on this site to merge the reg files that they have. But my
problem is located in the initialization of
IE 6. If i try to open a page writing it at "My Computer" it open well the
IE 6. But.. if I try to open a new window or to open the
IE 6 to then choose a page it doesn't works. I would apreciate more reg
lines whith them I could fix this.

Instead of attempting a Registry fix, run SpyBot S&D, Ad-aware
and Hijack This, all the information that you need is at the link
I posted.
