What is the difference between clicking the'Send to
Spynet for analysis' link and sending 'Suspected Spyware
Report'?

Send to Spynet sends a particular file for analysis.

The suspected Spyware report sends details of a whole host of points at
which spyware attaches itself to your OS and their content to Microsoft. If
you want to see such a report, here's one from my system:
