Yes it is illegal in most countries, I don't know the laws of yours. If you
thinking of trying to break into other people's computer don't do it. It
will only end up bad for you. If you think someone is attempting or doing it
to you, or has done it to you, disconnect from the network. Go through this

everything to give you an idea of how to better protect yourself and or have
a professional security expert check and reinstall and reconfigure your
operation system and security programs.
