I've installed spybot as per the recommendations of this
site. I would like to know what Back Web lite is? Should
this be deleted? All the other items were checked and
deleted. Thanks

try typing in "BackWeb Lite" (without the quotes) on www.google.com and see
what happens.

Google is YOUR friend.
