Spybot Warning

Got a message from my Spybot Application telling me that it was concerned about a new Registry Entry. As follows

Category: System Startup User Entry
Change: Value Added
Entry: swg
New Data: C:\ Program Files\Google\Google Toolbar Notification

Can I assume that this is NOT a serious threat in any shape or form?

Spybot was asking if I would allow the change and, as I was not sure what it was, I decided not to allow it.

Any ideas?
