Spybot S&D Problem

Up until the last time I used Spybot S&D, it worked fine.
This last time when I started the program it went into super slow motion.
I allowed the program to run overnight (8 hours), and it still had not
completed the scan that used to take a little over 10 minutes.
Now, whenever I go onto the internet, everything runs considerably slower.
I have run two antivirus programs and both came up clean.
Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do about this problem?

Sounds like you have something nasty that's running on your machine. the
other group is more suited for this type of question! You also may want to
run AdAware, A-Squared, and or even Micro$oft AntiSpyware, do a Google for
them.

Check that your av resident scanner is not scanning the files that spybot
is scanning.When i used avast i found having it set on the highest
setting would make spybot take ages .

Yes. And I found: Explorer, Systray, ISafe, and Vetmsg.
I use "EndItAll and Explorer and Systray are protected.
Isafe and Vetmsg are part of my antivirus program that EndItAll supposedly
stops from running.
If these two programs are the source of my problem, how do I stop them from
running?
