Spybot S&D detections update 7/22/03

Hi Mike,

I use SpyBot but I'm not too good with computers - could you tell me
what I should be immunizing please?

Spybot tells you what you should be immunizing against, based upon its lists
of companies and programs that are attacking your internet or e-mail
experiences. You check what's been attacking you (through Spybot), you
eliminate it (through Spybot) then based upon Spybot's recommendations, you
immunize (Spybot puts up a pretty good shield) so that you can't be attacked
by the nasty programs in the future.

Thankyou Lance - I've managed to more or less figure out how things
work now (with the help of contributions from this newsgroup of
course!)
