Sorry if I'm being dumb, but I don't see how to retrieve these. The web
site describes the updates, but appears not to give a link to them; and
using the "Update" feature in SpyBot recognises only that I need the
English help file for Teatimer, which I have now downloaded.

i got "bad checksum" errors for both.

I have d/l the update from AUS server. No problem. Boths installed. Remember to d/l from Spybot.

I got that too, all you do to get past it is select another server and
re-check for updates, then download them (worked for me anyway).

Sorry sorry sorry -- found it, in the program's update screen. Duh.
