SpyBot reports Windows Securtiy Center.AntiVirus Notify

When I run SpyBot It reports an infection with the about descriptin. Is this
an infection and should be deleted or a legitimate MS .dll? MS Spyware doesnt
report this infection. Then again it misses many others that SpyBot captures.
