Spybot Question

when I download new definitions and then immunize it says that "1817 bad
products already blocked, 205 additionaly protections possible. Please
immunize" so I immunize again but the message always remains..... is there
something I should be doing to get rid of this message or is it always like
that?

Click the immunize button up top...
