Spybot immunize IE tools problem

I again am having a problem accessing IE tools
after "immunizing". Can someone give me step by step
instructions on correcting this? I don't know where I find
the IE control panel box to check or uncheck in Spybot.

"Go to Spybot>Immunze and unlock your settings in
"Recommended miscellaneous protections"
